Three steps to a different morning
One simple setup, no content to consume. Pray For Them does one thing, once a day.
Add your people
Family, friends, anyone walking through something hard. Whoever's on your heart: that's your list.
Wake up to a gentle lock
Each morning, the apps you've chosen stay locked. No feeds, no noise; just one quiet screen: time to pray.
Pray, then go
A moment with God for each name. Tap done, and your phone is yours until tomorrow morning.
On your honor, by design: nothing checks that you prayed. You tap done, and the app takes your word for it.
You reach for the phone every morning
Make sure you pray first.
Your apps become the reminder
Every morning, the apps that usually steal your attention wait behind one gentle screen until you've prayed. Built on Apple's Screen Time, so there's nothing to remember: the reminder is your own thumb, doing what it always does.
People, not a feed
Aging parents. A friend in a hard season. A kid far from home. Their names greet you every morning, so they're never forgotten. That's the whole point of this app: praying for the people in your life who need it the most.

Questions, answered
How does Pray For Them lock my apps?
Pray For Them uses Apple's built-in Screen Time controls. You choose exactly which apps get locked each morning; most people lock everything distracting. Calls always work, and anything you leave off the list keeps working normally.
How does it know I've prayed?
It doesn't check. You tap done when you've prayed, and the app takes your word for it. Pray For Them is a ritual you choose, not a warden.
What does a morning actually look like?
You wake up and reach for your phone, same as always. Your usual apps are waiting behind one gentle screen: time to pray for your loved ones. You take that moment with God, tap done, and everything unlocks until the next morning.
When do the apps lock again?
Overnight, while you sleep. Pray once in the morning and your phone is yours for the rest of the day; the lock is quietly back by the next morning.
What if I need my phone in an emergency?
Calls and everything you didn't lock keep working normally. And there's a pause in the app's settings that lifts the lock immediately; it's a morning ritual, not a cage.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone only for now, running iOS 17 or later. There's no iPad or Android version yet.
Does it need the internet?
No. iOS does the locking on the phone itself, so it works offline, and the app doesn't have to be open for the lock to work.
Is it really 100% free?
Really. No trial that expires, no premium tier, no ads to sit through. Free means free.
When can I get it?
Right now. It's live and free on the App Store.
Tomorrow morning could start differently
One quiet moment with God, before anything else.
